Welcome to the 2026 Forty Plus Golf Association Season!
We sincerely thank all of our returning members and warmly welcome new participants. As of late January 2026, we are proud to have 41 registered members ranging in age from 40 to 78, with handicaps from 7 to 36.
We look forward to a season filled with fun, fellowship, and great golf. While friendly competition will be a part of our tournaments, our primary goal is for everyone to enjoy the camaraderie, make new friends, and have a great time on and off the course.
We have scheduled twenty-four tournaments at some excellent courses in our area. I encourage all members to participate in as many events as possible throughout the year. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to contact us using the "Contact Us" feature on this website.
Points of Emphasis for 2026:
-
If your playing status for a tournament changes, please notify the Tournament Administrator as soon as possible.
-
Arrive at the tournament site and check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time.
-
Play READY GOLF and keep your group moving to help finish rounds in a timely manner.
-
Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the fellowship!
Thank you again for your participation. We look forward to seeing you at the tournaments.

Forty Plus Golf Association
F. P. G. A.
The Forty Plus Golf Assoc. (F.P.G.A.) is a free membership golf league for recreational golfers aged 40 and above, operating in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Playing occurs twice monthly on Sunday mornings, with three seasons from January to April, May to August, and September to December, featuring eight tournaments per season. Member handicaps range from 5 to 36 and ages from 40 to 82 years.
Scoring uses Stableford Points, with a stroke play format and a double bogey stroke limit. Tournament fees range from $48 to $75 and include cart and green fees. There are four optional contests: Closest to Pin, Net Skins, Gross Skins, and Hole in One, each with individual entry fees.
Additionally, all members pay a mandatory $2 fee per tournament for league expenses.
