SUBJECT: Formal Membership Roster Update—Season Two 2026–2027

Dear F.P.G.A. Members,

The Forty Plus Golf Association (F.P.G.A.) is finalizing its membership records in preparation for Season Two 2026–2027, beginning November 22, 2026.

On October 14, 2026, an email was sent to more than 80 members currently listed on our membership roster. A follow-up email was sent on October 19, 2026, requesting confirmation of each member’s intention to participate in the upcoming season.

Members were asked to respond by October 20, 2026, indicating one of the following choices:

OPTION 1 — REMAIN ON THE MEMBERSHIP ROSTER

Please retain my name on the F.P.G.A. membership roster, as I intend to participate in tournaments during Season Two.

OPTION 2 — REMOVE ME FROM THE MEMBERSHIP ROSTER

Please remove my name from the F.P.G.A. membership roster and discontinue all future F.P.G.A. email communications.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

The October 20 response deadline has passed. Members who have not responded may be removed from the active membership roster as we finalize our records for Season Two.

If you have already responded, thank you for confirming your intentions. No further action is necessary at this time.

NEW AND RETURNING MEMBERS WELCOME

If your name is not listed on the current membership roster and you would like to participate in Season Two F.P.G.A. tournaments, you are welcome to submit a membership application through our official website:

Members who choose to leave the association are also welcome to reapply in the future should they wish to return.
