F.P.G.A. Tournament Registration

YES, I will be attending. I am also aware of the F.P.G.A. 72 Hour Refund Cancellation Policy

FPGA Tournament 72 hr. Cancellation Policy: If you have paid for an event and decide to cancel for any reason you have until 6:00 am on the Thursday before the event takes place to receive a FULL Refund.

If you decide to cancel after the 6:00 am Thursday Morning time frame you will not be Refunded unless the course does not charge for the absence. Notification to cancel must be via Text at 904-962-5996 or Email FortyPlusGolf@gmail.com

The Forty Plus Golf Assoc. F.P.G.A.  is a Recreational Golf League whose purpose is to encourage friendly competition and good fellowship among golfers 40 years of age and up,  hold tournaments and other golf events and to promote the best interests of golf among its members.


NO COST TO JOIN & NO ANNUAL DUES 

The F.P.G.A. holds Two monthly Sunday Morning tournaments at many of North Florida’s best golf courses.

We invite all amateur golfers of 40 years of age and older to join us and participate in the activities of the Forty Plus Golf League.
