Tournament Information
Group Captain Responsibilities
Only designated Group Captains (identified as “C” on the tee sheet) are authorized to retrieve cart keys.
Captains are responsible for:
Verifying and submitting the official scorecard for their group
Ensuring all hole scores are accurate before submission
Coordinating cart assignments within the group
Managing Closest-to-the-Pin (CTP) markers
First group: Place CTP markers
Final group: Return CTP markers
Captains may designate a co-captain to assist with these responsibilities if necessary.

Pace of Play Guidelines
All groups are expected to maintain an appropriate pace throughout the round.
Practice Ready Golf when safe and appropriate
Limit lost ball searches to 2–3 minutes
Proceed to your ball efficiently and minimize delays
Maintain proper spacing behind the group ahead
Groups are responsible for keeping up with the pace of play established by the course and the tournament.
Player Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Remain silent during another player’s swing
Avoid standing in another player’s putting line
Be attentive and assist in tracking shots when possible
Respect fellow competitors and course staff
Maintaining professionalism and courtesy ensures an enjoyable experience for all participants.
